I support individuals and practitioners in working with sound as a powerful tool for regulation, restoration, and energetic coherence. My approach integrates mind, body, and spirit through trauma-informed sound healing, energetic support, and breath work, creating a grounded and intuitive container for deep and lasting transformation.
