FEBRUARY: Opening the Heart

$33.00

A Heart-Centered Sound Journey

February is often associated with love, but love extends far beyond romantic relationships. It begins with the relationship we have with ourselves.

Join me for a restorative evening of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls and vibrational sound healing as we explore the heart's capacity for love, compassion, connection, and receiving.

Our hearts hold so much of our human experience. The joys, the challenges, the relationships, and the experiences that shape us. Sometimes we become so accustomed to giving to others that we forget to nurture ourselves.

Through guided meditation, heart-centered intention setting, and the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, you'll be invited to soften, release emotional heaviness, and create space for more love and compassion in your life.

This is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, honor where you are, and open yourself to the beauty of giving and receiving love.

You are worthy of the same love, kindness, and compassion that you so freely offer others.

Allow yourself to receive.

Preparing for Your Sound Journey

Create a cozy, peaceful space where you can relax and fully immerse yourself in the experience. Gather your favorite blankets and pillows, find a comfortable place to settle in, and give yourself permission to slow down.

  • Headphones: If you have them, I highly recommend using them for a more immersive listening experience.

  • Set the mood: Light a few candles, dim the lights, and create an atmosphere that feels nurturing and peaceful.

  • Get comfortable: Have your blankets, pillows, and anything else you need close by.

  • Set an intention: Consider how you would like to show yourself more love, compassion, and kindness.

There is nothing you need to accomplish or figure out during this hour. Simply arrive as you are, breathe, receive, and allow the sounds to support you in reconnecting with yourself.

No prior experience with sound healing is necessary.
